I have to got to be there on Monday 10 am, does anyone know what it is near? any big recognisable stores or anything...

Going by train to New St station?

Take the Station St/Bull Ring exit, turn right at Debenhams (away from the Bull Ring) carry on past the Holiday Inn, turn right at the big junction. Mailbox is on your left - I know people always say 'you can't miss it' at this stage but really, you CANNOT miss it. :)
