question for all
I just had my tv bill through yesterday (found it on kitchen side :rolleyes: ), I have 2 strange items showing up at 7 pound each :Yikes: . firstly I am the only one with the code and don't recognise them and secondly one of the days we were no one was in. I will probablly regreat posting this but does anyone know what the following 2 items are? and whats my chance of challennging this through ntll anyone know or tried???
1) TAC-BUY
2) RH40-BUY
any advice is welcome because ntl arnt there :mad:

Only what I found out when doing a search as I can't stand unanswered questions. :D
Knowing NTL I would think it would be near impossible to get it credited back but you never know unless you give it a try.

If you can prove you were not in, I would say you have a very strong case for being able to get a refund.
