The last two lines of log entries relate to Nov 12th, ages ago. The upper four lines relate to a transient error recovery at 12:40 on Nov 23rd. There is nothing in the log relating to any problems within the last 5 days.

hmmmm, ok, so its nothing to worry about then, just odd that it cuts me off like one time every 24 hours, thought it might have been trouble with renewing the ip address.

Cheers anyway :)

If you are having problems with DHCP renewals, they would show in the Windows XP or 2000 logs. DHCP renewal problems can be caused by over-enthusiastic firewall configuration.

Not relevant to anything recent, but the CPE table being full is possibly what happens when you change CPE behind the modem without power-cycling it - since only 1 MAC (or 2 for the PS2/Xbox services) is allowed, the modem should (correctly) refuse to add the second MAC to the bridging table.
