Can anyone help with sorting out a previous owners business bill from NTL.
We have now received the second letter addressed to FORFEIT at our address.
I have already spoken to NTL about this and was told it would be sorted.
Now got second letter..... is this going to continue, I'm not spending another hour on the phone for a problem that is clearly not mine.
