Postcode not recognised..

Hi.
I'm moving into a new flat on Friday, and I know the entire building is cabled by ntl. Unfortunately the block seems soo new, the postcode isn't recognised by ntl.com. I sent an email to a customer liaison person, and she responded by saying the postcode isn't recognised by Royal Mail or their systems.

I gave her the full address, but have heard nothing. I want broadband and TV sorting out ASAP, but am getting nowhere fast. Who should I get in touch with ?

Just been on the phone again, and the bloke says ntl systems says the block isn't connected. But the estate agent assured me ntl wired the whole building up. No BT inside, and theres phones inside.. Whats the deal with that??
