Hi.
I'm moving into a new flat on Friday, and I know the entire building is cabled by ntl. Unfortunately the block seems soo new, the postcode isn't recognised by ntl.com. I sent an email to a customer liaison person, and she responded by saying the postcode isn't recognised by Royal Mail or their systems.
I gave her the full address, but have heard nothing. I want broadband and TV sorting out ASAP, but am getting nowhere fast. Who should I get in touch with ?
