I'm just asking out of curiousity what people would change if they could about their service, just one thing though as all of them are very tickable :)
It's just really about seeing what people like and want the most from their services as I'm nosey :p
To be honest, i am not too bothered about having any of them....
I personally don't have the need for higher up/download, have never had any problems with the "usage guideline" and share the associate discount price with my housemates anyway so it is cheap for me :)

You're far too easily pleased, I have 2Mbit/256k DSL at home and it feels freaking slow now :p:

Hrm dunno but it doesn't get close to my home connection most of the time ;)

I'm not fussed about the 1GB/day "usage guideline", as I rarely get near that. Certainly not for "3 or 4 days in a 14 day period".
The current download speeds are fine for my use.
Upload...higher upload would be nice for gaming, but as I haven't actually bothered with XBoxLive for ages now it's not a big thing (well, until Halo 2...)
So I think the main change I'd like to see would be lower prices. Especially now that ADSL is getting more competitive.
I just wish my downloads would keep to a consistant pace instead of sloping off to nothing.Thank goodness for IDA.

faster download at a lower price :)
All of the above, but a lower price would be nice. Maybe 10mbits for say a fiver a month????? ;)
Would have to be the upload for me. :)
to be realistic, 3mbit down 400k upload at £50 per month or 5mbit down 500k upload at £65-£70.
heck even if it was downstream that got a bump of speed i would be happy.
im not willing to pay over the odds for a fast service though.
You missed off reliability. ;)

as I use my connection mainly for browsing & downloading the upload doesn't matter. I don't download enough for the 'cap' to be an issue or to require a faster connection, so I would be quite happy to maintain the status quo, but pay less. :)
ADSL is becoming cheaper whilst NTL is becoming more expensive (albeit faster too), so I would like to see a decrease in price. £38 p/month for 1½ Mb is pretty steep if you compare it to comparative ADSL packages.
Wouldnt mind some extra upload speed, if only to 384K, A friend of mine in holland is on 3Mb/768, and it makes me cry :p

Higher upload would be handy for FTPing, but being as that negotiates each file individually and I'm often sending many small files, not one big file I don't hit the 256k I currently have.

I said lower price because what I am on at the moment is sufficient for my normal usage. If I suddenly had the need to download a great deal quickly and my present tier was too slow then I would change to a faster tier for a month and then drop back down again. It would need a new killer application for me to want faster speeds regularly. This would be something like very high quality TV streamed over the net.
Higher upload would be nice. :)
