Hi all!

I recently had a problem with my Pace Digibox, the problem lasted 1 week and meant that I had no NTL TV for that period. I reported the problem a week before an engineer came out and fixed it.

Can my account be credited for this one week of no service? And if so is it better to speak to tech support or billing about this issue.

if you want a credit to the account.... that is a billing issue, therefore you should speak to billing.

tech support would be able to do nothing to help you.

I just wondered if I needed tech support to give me a reference to confirm when I logged the problem and when the problem was fixed. I wasn't too confident that the two depts would communicate with eachother. Will billing really just take my word for it?

C/S have access to these tech records anyway, so billing is fine :D

Job done. £3 or so of credit and my call was answered in 3 minutes. well done NTL.
