Hi,

I'm considering moving from my Samsung box to a SACM after reading some posts here saying that it provides a much better service.

Is it worth the change?

Also, how do I go about making the change?....can I do it myself or do I need an NTL engineer?

Thanks.

Cant speak from experience personally but would have to say from posts on here if you having certain problems then yes.

Nope you will need a call to CS or TS to arrange an Engineer to come and issue you with the new stand alone cable modem.

They will need to arrange an Engineer to bring out the new modem and run it from a splitter to the location you want then disable the Broadband from the current set up on the Samsung Box and migrate it to the new Cable Modem.

:D
