Hi,

The drivers can be downloaded from http://www.ntlworld.com/help/windows98/ntlhome100/ - but they are for Windows (98 and above, so including 2000) only. There are no USB drivers for the ntl:home 120 modem available for Linux or Mac - you need to use Ethernet with those (or any other) Operating Systems.

Hope this helps!

hi,

It helps for the windows,
But ethernet doesnt work on my modem and ntl wont replace it :(
Do you think i should keep ringing them until they send me a new one?

How do you mean it doesn't work? Does the light not come on? If that's the case, have you tried a different NIC (Ethernet card in the PC), and a new Ethernet cable? If you've tried both, Technical Support should be able to get a new one fitted for you.
