Why is it when you go away for a bit NTL cut you off (the bill arrived when I was away)

I get back this moths arrives I pay it and since tuesday I've been trying to get my servis back and everytime I call the systems are STILL down no word about it on the NTL server status page or anything

but still might leave it for a year maybe they will have got a computer running by then...lol

I want my internet and TV back :bigcry:

I used to after 3 attemps to get it all set up right and then they made such a hash of it all by taking 2 much asking mor than once I gave up and went back to Paypoint....
