when the Broadband connection is lost windows cant repair the connection but only a reboot of the set top box can fix it, why is this?
does this mean the modem in the box itself Deactivates? why cant it negotiate its Settings itself and re-establish a connection again without a reboot? i ask because my Connection dissapeared a few mins ago and i wasnt even using the net and the only way to Re-establish connection was a reboot.. ???
why must the STB be rebooted to regain connection, i thought it should auto negociate?? if some techy could help me with this it would Calm my mind.
