anything wrong in scunthorpe area?

is anyone having troubles in the scunthorpe area?

me g/f is at home and she said the connection is toatally dead...

ive told her to reboot modem and router..


see if it sorts it..

i cant sort it as im at work, :(

There has been problems with the UBR's in Scunthorpe recently but these have been closed as 'resolved' if you want to PM me your account details or mac address maybe I can have a look for you?
I'm sure one of the Mods will back me up as being an NTL employee!

thanks for the offer :)

but i think the girlfriend has sorted it after about the 3rd reboot the connection has come back to life...

had to reboot the router first, then reboot the modem..
just rebooting the modem was having no affect.

(im not at home so have no account details with me)

yeah i remeber the problems with the ubrs a few weeks back, was a bit of a bugger for about a week :(

hopefully it wil be fine...
