belfast upgraded?

Hi folks. Seems like Belfast is now on the "fat pipe" 1.5 line. Just downloaded a trial version of psp8 and it came down at a steady 180kb/sec......never seen it hitting that b4, normally around 114-120. Can anyone confirm if the upgrade has taken place here?

Belfast has (or should have been) upgraded.
If you're getting 180, that is exactly right for 1.5mb.
