because linux is apparently so superior at not having problems with viruses , or is it a case of no-one bothers to write them as they are all busy playing games of bill gates bashing , the latter i reckon ;)

actually it's fairly easy to write *nix, linux, solaris viruses, there a few around, it's just that the typical malware author wants to affect as many machines as possible and thus targets the MS platforms.

Similar to the Osama message, don't open the file on the URL you may see with this hoax message either.

"Early this morning Arnold Schwarzenegger was found hanging by his neck from the large oak tree in his Californian garden.
