upgraded 600k

hi, ive been told by a friend that ntl have upgraded their 600k to 720k is this true and will the 1meg be gettin upgraded?

the upgrade is going to happen in 'late summer, 600k will be raised to 750k, 1mbit to 1.5mbit.
