Anyone know what a Line Item referred to as "Downgrade" may be on an NTL Television services bill? I've just noticed I've been charged £18 for this for some months on top of the Family Pack charges.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply..

Thats basically all the bill says..
Services...
Family...... £28.00
Downgrade.......ÂÃ ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£18.00

Total.......ÂÂÃ⠀šÃ‚£46.00

seems rather expensive for a "Downgrade" :-)
I still seem to have all the channels I've always had..

Hi Bobby F,
Have you been on restricted service at any point in the last month or so? Looks like a billing error if not, I suggest call to Customer services Monday AM!

The only thing I can think of thats priced at £18 is the base pack but you subscribe to the family pack.

Whereabouts do you live ??

The only thing I can think is they have charged you for downgrading? but have you downgraded? and can they charge you for downgrading as long as you have kept to the t&c's?
