Hiya, is there any way to recover a password apart from the website & customer support? I need my password tonight as I'm reinstalling Windows and need to setup my email on the new install. I have Thunderbird set to remember my password, but that was set a while ago and I've since forgotten it, and the link on http://www.ntlworld.com/help/customerServices/yourPassword.html doesn't work. My email is working, so any way I can "Request" my password is sent to me would be great.

Is there any other way to get it immediatly? Thanks :)

Do you have the password showing asterisked out anywhere in a software app? If so I know a piece of software that can show you what it is.

If you have a password stored within Windows, you can retrieve it using Revelation. It's a small utility, you load it up, drag the cursor over the ****** where the password is, and it tells you what the *****'s mean. I've attached it below.
