XP Profile Question

If I was to create a general user profile under XP would it be possible to block that account from accessing or using MSN Messenger?

I know you can block access to folders, files and programmes but not sure if MSN can be included on that list.

Any help appreciated :D

Why not put the MSN executible in a blocked Folder, and Disable all other ways of loading it, IE removing it from your Desktop/Start Menu...
