I have just received an Email that at first glance looks as though it had come from NTL telling me:

I am not too sure how to interpret the above - ive blanked out email addys but has anyone else received such an email. I would like to forward this to NTL but I am not sure of the abuse teams address. Is it worth sending it to them?
