Internet Radio Station

Im thinking of starting up a Internet Radio station. Its not going to be one of those hosted on my computer blah blah. It is going to be hosted on a really good server.

Its going to have a website and that. Its going to be really good! Hopefully!!!

Question is, how do i go about playing legal tunes? What can and what cant I do.
