Nexus 4 now available on Virgin Mobile Contract

# 16 January 2013, 10:24 by cfteam

One of the more popular recent smartphones, the Google powered LG Nexus 4 is coming to Virgin Media’s EE powered mobile network, available on a 24 month contract.

The smartphone first came to consumer attention as a high powered, yet relatively affordable sim only offering sold through Google Play, at £239. The phone has been out of stock on that site for some time. It now appears that stocks of the phone are becoming available to other suppliers since some sites are indicating availability through O2, Three and Carphone Warehouse.

Virgin Media’s contract offerings start at £31 per month, with the phone bundled free, but a potentially restrictive 200 minutes, 500 texts and 500MB of data. Perhaps more attractive would be the £34 per month, plus £99 phone cost that includes free calls to landlines, 2500 minutes of mobile calls, unlimited texts and unlimited data. Virgin Media Broadband or TV customers may be entitled to a discount for the first 6 months.
