ntl/Telewest merger appointment

Both ntl and Telewest have made filings on the www.sec.org site appointing Dave Keighley as Managing Director, Logistics.
In the filing made yesterday, Dave Keighley, currently Group Director – Consumer Operations in Telewest, will report to COO Neil Berkett.
The Logistics team will be responsible for installs, field service, warehousing and procurement for residential customers.
As per the previous management announcements, this position will “apply only when the deal is closed and we become one company. Until then, there is no change to the existing management structures in ntl and Telewest.”
The filing also indicates that there will be a fuller update available later this week.
