Sorry Maggy, I meant to wish you Good Luck last night but got side tracked by Trick or Treaters. I hope everything has gone well and that you are back home soon. <<<hugs>>>

How did it go Maggy?
Happy thought for me is that I have time and space to backup and move important files to my new lappy without fretting. And yes I do do backups.
I normally have one suddenly die on me and then marvel at the uncluttered new one. I've learned to be selective. It's amazing what I can live without

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
To be honest, I was just looking at it as a replacement for my aging creative video player - and anything more than that is a bonus really.
I can also replace my kindle with it now, and hand that on to the Mrs...

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Well, - I always used to have 3 cousins (all of my family count is swiftly diminishing) and now it seems that I have 4... (dubious, mebbe scandalous circumstances) cousins. But heck - delicate meetings are on the way
Interesting to me!
My family history delights and astounds me! (I'm not the one doing the searching.)
I should have been far prouder of my parents and grandparents but no one squeeked a word to me. Victorian lot!
