Re: Electronic Cigarettes should i or shouldn't i ?

I was at it all the time earlier but that was just the novelty of it.
not touching it much now though. not impressed at all with the liquids I bought. 3 of them smell and taste exactly the same. (even though they're different names) it really is horrible.
them on their own have put me off completely.

it was 24mg I ordered with the kit and that seems to work well.

the 100ml seperate (totally wicked) was a mix of 18mg and 36mg.

I've been trying all of them earlier. and I'll just get them out the way and go for cherry, menthol type or the desert sand tobacco one I was using on the other one I got. in 24mg I think.

Glad your finding it a bit better , I always found the tobacco flavours awful , I've been vaping coffee flavour for nearly 2 years , tried a few fruit flavours but found them way too sickly.

I'll find a decent one soon.

Is it normal for the clearomiser to mist up when using it?

Yeah, I think that's pretty normal.

Also, you need to clean the clearomizer every now and again (probably once a week).

It's known as a dry burn

Re: Electronic Cigarettes should i or shouldn't i ?

Used the first generation clearomisers and didn't like them so not sure about misting up ,used to get condensation If I remember rightly, forever had a burning taste though so dropped them , I use the dual coil cartomiser , big but very effective , now you have the correct batteries you can try different systems till you settle on one

Just did a dry burn. not that it needed one. I just thought I'd try it.
I'm using about 3ml a day.

I'm quite happy with the clearomiser that came with it. I've ordered an extra one.
I might look for one that holds twice the amount as longs as it's not fatter.

Bought 90ml of Pall Mall from digismoke.co.uk for £21.57 using 10% code aaec10
I've mixed some of the one I had already with the bad taste liquids.

battery is lasting longer than a day. and only 2 refils needed.

perfect.

How is everyone doing in here?

I'm starting to near the 6 months and not a single fag mark, but I'm still using my 0 nicotine pacifier on a daily basis. Still, I 'm not smoking and not taking nicotine. Success!!!

According to Quitnet I've now done 275 days since my last cigar. I'm still vaping low-strength liquid but the urge to smoke tobacco has totally gone.

Still using my miniciggy but not touched a single fag for 4 years. Hit the electronic big time from September as my partner, Ron, was in the hospice and passed away early October. We had been together 34 years.
Without the electronic would certainly have been back on the weed.

Re: Electronic Cigarettes should i or shouldn't i ?

Apology for the late reply new robot phone thing is messing up emails i am still off the baccy and going strong on my ecig slowly tuning the experience to better suit me but so far been pretty plain sailing. Obviously the cost saving is a big motivator to continue with it but the health benefits are also showing now so really glad i did it. Would like to give a big thank you to all those who gave advice and help when i first started on this path so glad i did it now .

Congrats! When you can feel the benefits you know it was worth it.

Used the Champix tablets to stop completely and still don't get the urge.

perhaps it was withdrawal that was making you feel ill

I don't know. I was just really ill and my sinuses were shot. I read about others having the same symptons with some liquids so I just assumed it was that.

I haven't touched it since and my health has never been better!
