Question 3g data speeds?

Hi,

Just wondering what data speeds people get with 3G devices on the Virgin Mobile network? I have a HTC Desire and my d/l is about 350kbps and u/l is about 124kbps - just wondering if those are reasonable figures?

Thanks.

Re: 3g data speeds?

I have a SIM free Motorola Defy (H indicator comes up) and Mobile Speed Test says 1066.667 Kbps download for a small file and 2mb file said 3611.738 Kbps! No idea about upload though. I used to have a Tmobile Pulse and rarely got over 360Kbps on that which led me to wonder if it was speed inhibited....
