I have my install date as a newbie to VM broadband and phone I'm wondering what to expect does it all happen on that one day?
A few elements to the install I would think.
A) consult me where I would like the bb hub and phone socket(s)
B) install cable from cabinet to the cover in pavement in cable if not already there.
C) external cable to my house.
D)internal wires and connections for hub and phone services.
Thanks.
That's pretty much what happens, except the cable from the cabinet to the tee in the pavement is usually pulled a few days before your install date, if not already present.

They do that to confirm that the duct is not blocked from the cabinet to the termination point, then if it is they have time to get it fixed.
