Hi

got email in middle off november to say that they where going to up me from 70 to 100 speed

so last week i phoned them to see if they upgraded me they said they had no info on sending the email so i checked today found the email. just like to know if anyone else had this issue

Yes. Got upgraded from 70 to 100 in the summer without asking for it
