They will likely be available overnight once 5 HD launches as Channel 5 are looking to use some bandwidth for other things (pretty much this).
You can always watch them 24/7 on Freesat or TVCatchup.com

-Big Deal is now broadcasting from 11pm to 6pm on Freeview Channel 32*.
-Rocks & Co. is now broadcasting from 1pm to 11pm on Freeview Channel 40*.
*New hours in Digital only areas of the UK.
