Just completed the inaugural Swansea Half Marathon, slightly disappointed with my finishing time as I know I can do better but the heat was awful, I hadn't factored that in to it. Still I managed a 10k PB along the way and have just signed up for the Cardiff Half Marathon in a few months get a new PB.

Drew is back home he enjoyed his camping trip. The first thing he did when he got home was run a nice big bubble bath then he went straight to bed he was totally shattered.

Just delivered the last tranche of the current work pile so me and the OH can now go and have a well earnt rest down in deepest Cornwall (Sennen) for a couple of weeks. Looks like a heatwave is on.
