Question Using Hamachi

I have been fooling about with VPNs etc - have tried logmein.com but have heard a lot about hamachi. I downloaded the software on two computers and you do get the 5.*.*.* IP static address on both machines i was experimenting with. Thing is..... I see a hamachi box on the screen with the Ip adresses on but what now? How do you actually see the remote compter?

eg - I right click on the box to get the browse option but it is greyed out
