Re: Boxing 2012
Expect to see a Battle Of Britain, between Chisora and Haye very soon. This will be the next big fight they both have. Regardless of Frank Warren saying this wasn't staged, Haye was in Germany working for a Frank Warren channel and Frank was promoting the fight.
Chisora was released without charge.
After yesterday there will be a lot of people wanting to watch Chisora V Haye, and let's face it the Klitchos are too smart, and have no need, to fight them again.

Wladimir Klitschko believes the scuffle between Dereck Chisora and David Haye has damaged the reputation of boxing - and is adament they should be punished.
The British pair clashed at Saturday night's post-fight news conference in Munich after Chisora was beaten by Wladimir's brother Vitali.
"This behaviour kills the hard work of the people that have been polishing the image of the sport," said Klitschko.
"There has to be consequences otherwise boxing is going downhill fast."
Wladimir Klitschko, the IBF, WBO and WBA champion, has history with both men, having beaten Haye last summer and twice pulled out of bouts with Chisora through injury.
"This type of behaviour kills the hard work of former champs," he added. "And it teaches disrespect for the sport and fellow human beings."

Well said.

Re: Boxing 2012
Its this sort of hype and drama you need to spark up this dismal heavyweight division, Klitschko is talking out of his arse and He'll get his soon enough.
Now their's talks of lifetime bans. They cant be serious unless they willingly want to end British Heavyweight boxing.
I don't condone any of the actions but it makes up one hell of a promo and will be a massive draw for British Boxing. If the boxing board votes to ban the pair of them I don't see a future for Heavyweight boxing in Britain. If Vitali wants another big payday before retirement he knows David Haye is the only man that can generate a huge payday. It cant happen in Germany so it's about time these two brothers grew some balls and fought a big fight in the USA, Sick of seeing the Klits only taking on decent fighters in their own yard.
All Haye has to do is make a statement by destroying Chisora which shouldn't be too hard considering he couldn't duck a punch from a 40 year old man and has incredibly slow movement. Fully expect him to be Knocked out inside 3 rounds.

Personnal I would gove both Dereck Chisora and David Haye a heavy fine plus life ban.

You wouldn't ban a footballer for playing football outside a stadium.
Why ban david haye for boxing Chisora's chin outside a boxing ring.

Exactly what should happen. Haye has turned what people would usually avoid into a massive draw of a fight now.

The former WBC Super Middleweight champion Carl Froch has admitted prolonging a title fight to enable members of his family to benefit financially.
Speaking on BBC Radio Nottingham, he expanded on comments made in his autobiography, published last year.
He said he could have finished his 2005 Commonwealth title defence against Ruben Groenewald earlier than he did.
The British Boxing Board of Control said it would now speak to Froch.
'Not illegal'
The Nottingham boxer said he could have finished the fight in the fourth round but deliberately avoided doing so because of bets made on it finishing in the fifth.

Dereck Chisora and David Haye may face life bans for their Munich brawl says the British Boxing Board of Control General Secretary, Robert Smith.
"It's a possibility," Smith told BBC Radio 5 live. "The board have many powers. They can fine, they can suspend and they can withdraw a licence."
Haye and Chisora clashed after Chisora's defeat by defending WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko.
Haye threw a tripod during the brawl... German police want to question Haye after releasing Chisora without charge

Re: Boxing 2012
David Haye & Dereck Chisora could face prison over brawl.
This is quickly getting out of control. All thanks to the terrible overblown nonsense from British Media.

Exactly. I bet whilst saying one thing, everyone is rubbing their hands at how much money this fight would now generate.

Re: Boxing 2012
Haye can only face police charges as he cannot be punished by the Boxing Authorities.
Chisora on the other hand looks set to be punished on Wednesday.
If they can hold their hands up and apologise I dont see why this fight cannot happen.

Re: Boxing 2012
Chisora has already been fined for the slap. They can't punish him twice for that. He will be fined for the water spitting incident (which I think was the worst of the lot), and warned about his conduct after the fight (Haye threw the first blow didn't he).
No one will be banned from boxing - if they are it will be for 6 months (they probably wouldn't be fighting then anyway). Both will come out of their bans to take each other on, in a very anticipated fight which I for one would love to watch.
