It's either the gap or an implant. It's towards the back so cosmetically couldn't give a toss, but obviously does affect biting slightly.

The main objection to the implant is although I can afford it, these dentists are raking it in big time ! Leaving it can lead to bone loss, and may affect other teeth - so the people trying to sell an implant say (!)

Anyhow, any advice/experiences appreciated.
