Not strictly test related but I am really chuffed that Lancashire beat Surrey to pip them to 2nd place in the County Championship.
A cynical declaration at 201 for 8 in Surrey’s first innings to deny Lancashire a bowling point as soon as Surrey had secured an extra batting point has cost them dearly.
