It happened again yesterday. There are some basic things that you can do (standard first step recommendations for any situation like this).
Try a new HDMI lead (not an expensive one, but not a cheap one, or one that you know works from another connected device).
Try a different HDMI inputs to your TV.
Check that the firmware is up to date on your TV.
That should rule out most potential TV side problems.
