Re: router is installed upstairs. how can i get devices downstairs? (ethernet)
You can run a cable (Cat6 or 7 to give a bit of future proofing), but this can be messy.
You can drill a hole through floor, but again the right place is needed. A tidier option will be home plugs, but I'm not sure if certian electrical setups will cause issues. I run a cat 6 cable from my router to a D-link 7 port hub which I connect my kit to. |
