I'm 10 mins in and there's already a huge unforgivable mistake. I'm sure anyone who watches this will notice it.

I presume you mean the fire.

Fires can burn in space, as long as there is an available oxidiser, indeed NASA have done so.
However, they dont burn in the same way as on earth (ie rising flames), that was inaccurate.
Still, much of what happens in Star Wars isnt possible, not really much point in nit picking one item.
